Judy Lyon is a Music Photographer and Journalist originating from the L.A. area and now a PNW transplant. Her early days of working in T.V. and Film in the late 1990s eventually brought her to still photography. In 2000 on she spent most weekends searching the L.A and Ventura County club scene in search of great up and coming talent. Fast forward twenty years to thousands of photographs and words later with many publishings along the way...she's had the opportunity to photograph and write about many talented artists such as; Love and Rockets, Bauhaus, Jane's Addiction, The Dandy Warhols, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Dave Pirner, Peter Murphy, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Gene Love Jezebel, The Cult, Mike Peters, and Black Needle Noise, just to name a few. Today she continues this journey of documentation with Torched Magazine in search of great up and coming talent to long time favorites.
