Torched Live Gallery – Peter Murphy’s Residency At Le Poisson Rouge In NYC Featuring His ‘Greatest Hits’ and ‘David Bowie Tribute’ Shows

Peter Murphy recently finished up a career- retrospective residency at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City along with bandmates Mark Gemini Thwaite (Guitar), Marc Slutsky (Drums) and Emilio Zef China ( Bass, Violin). This would mark the final four dates of his rescheduled residency from last August when Peter suffered a heart attack, which left him having to postpone the events until recovery. The final string of dates went on without any major setbacks even though Peter was a little under the weather. Each night celebrated the final leg of Peter Murphy’s career – retrospective with his ‘Greatest Hits’, ‘Bauhaus – Mr. Moonlight’ and two ‘David Bowie Tributes’. The audience was not only treated to each night being dedicated to each specific set but also graced with a rare guest appearance from Peter’s Daughter Hurihan Murphy along with talented openers Vinsantos and Vosh. Torched was on the scene to capture Peter’s ‘Greatest Hits’ and second night of the ‘David Bowie Tribute’ with photographers Haper Della-Piana, Leo Espinosa, and Christine Connallon who contributed their work to the following gallery.
